How to force statistics to update?

 

If your having a problem with your statistics not updating, and you have tried to enable them via cPanel, like its described on the below knowledge base article, then you will need to follow the below outlined steps.

  • Login to SSH (This information can be found in your welcome email)
  • Once logged in, please run the following command:

    # /scripts/runstatsonce

  • The above command will run the stats, but it will take a few mins for it to be generated

That should take care of it for you.
