Rebuilding the IP address pool:

  • Login to the WHM (This information in the welcome email)
  • Scroll down on the left hand side until you come to the section of "IP Functions"
  • Next, please click on "Rebuild the IP Address Pool"
  • And now, please click on "Proceed"

Now, we have this completed, what we need to do is to "change a sites IP". Please follow the below steps to change your sites IP.

How to change a sites IP:

  • On the left side menu, please scroll up, until you get to the section that says "Account Functions"
  • On the "Account Functions" section, you will see "Change Site's IP Address", please click on this.
  • Next, we will need to select the domain name from the "Account Selection" list of domains.
  • Once you have selected this, please click on "Change".
  • You will now be prompted to change the IP for the domain name that you have chosen. Please check that you have the IP in the "New Address" in the drop down box. If so, please click on "Change".

The IP address has now been changed for the domain name that you selected, you should be all set. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for it to propagate.
